What a wonderful turn out we had, on Friday, for the Broker/Agent tour. In all, we had over 240 Realtors come and preview 595 Los Altos Avenue. Two of the most frequent comments we received were “what a great home for entertaining”, and “the updates to the home are wonderful”. There were many other complements extended through the day, but these two statements captured the essence of the home, its livability, and the ease of the indoor/outdoor flow.

During the tour, some Realtors returned to the property with their clients, while were referring their clients to visit the home during open house. All-in-all, it was a very good introduction of the home into the market.
